Are you a self-motivated person with a passion to deliver world-class customer service to every client, prospect and employee you encounter? If yes, then Medical Hair Restoration (MHR), a national renowned leader in the industry of hair transplantation, is looking for you!



MHR has an immediate opening for a dynamic individual to manage our busy New York location, where we focus on hair restoration, cosmetic procedures such as Botox and Restylane, and specialty products designed with our clientele in mind. The ideal candidate has previous sales and supervisory experience in a work environment associated with cosmetic procedures, fitness, health and wellness, or retail sales associated with enhancing one’s personal image. Responsibilities include management of all administrative, financial, personnel, product sales and operational functions of this surgical office. The successful individual will have the opportunity to lead change and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus commissions (that could range from $5,000 to $15,000 annually).



Job duties include:

Oversee the entire daily flow of clients, patients, and employees within the office

Monitor and increase product and cosmetic service sales

Supervise team of medical assistants and ensure we meet medical guidelines while providing superior patient care

Manage employees including hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Handle all billing, receipts, deposits, purchase orders, reconciliations, inventory, etc. with great accuracy

Be the best first impression of the office by greeting patients, answering phones, working with vendors, employees and the corporate office

Increase profitability by decreasing expenses where possible





Job Requirements:

Experience in an elective surgery or medical spa environment preferred

Some sales experience required, Medical experience preferred

3-5 years of supervisory experience

Must be able to multitask and be flexible

Must have excellent communication and computer skills











Location: Manhattan


Compensation: Base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 plus commissions (that could range from $5,000 to $15,000 annually).
